There are
multiple ways to work along with Phancy Design. We can;
·
Manage your project from start to finish meaning
you don't lift a finger. We prepare your
home, bring in all accessories and furniture (if required), re-arrange
furniture, change your draperies or bedding and add accent pieces, then stage
it from top to bottom so it is both photo and visit ready.
· Guide you by giving you, the home owner,
"home work". You may be asked
to declutter certain areas, remove photos or artwork, have small repairs
carried out throughout the home (recaulking a bath tub, for instance). Once the
home owner has completed these tasks, Phancy Design will come in and complete
the final staging.

Consult with you to provide you with clear
information as to which tasks or renovations will be the best value for your
home and whenever possible, work with what you already have in your home.

Open House preparation services. We've staged it and now it's open house
time! We can come back 1-2 hours prior
to your Open House to ensure it's ready for visits. Our homeowners get used to their new surroundings and
sometimes forget to lay out that welcome mat, fluff those pillows or bring in
the fresh flowers. Fear not, we have you
covered.
